New Bern’s 300th
Flotilla
Come join the fun and celebrate New
Bern’s 300th. A flotilla, starting at the East Carolina
Yacht Club, is scheduled for the evening of September 16th .
There are 10 slips reserved at the
Hilton for the night of the 16th. You must call 638-0318 to
reserve a spot. Make sure you inform the dockmaster you are with FHYC.
The price is $1.75 per foot for
non-Boat US members and $1.32 for Boat US members. The price includes
power.
Also, a social and dinner are
schedule for Morgan’s on the same evening. The social will begin at
1630 with a cash bar. Dinner will begin at 1700. The menu consist of:
Grilled flatiron steak w/ choice of side
Grilled Mahi w/rosemary caramel sauce w/side
Goat cheese & sun dried tomato stuffed chicken w/side
Grilled shrimp and scallop fettuccine
The cost is $20.00 per person which
include soft drink, tax, tip.
